Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, reserving services, or entering the property of The Wrangler Ranch LLC, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

1. General Terms

  • All guests must comply with posted rules, staff instructions, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations while on the premises.

  • The Wrangler Ranch reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse services to anyone for safety, operational, or legal reasons.

 

2. Payments and Refund Policy

  • All sales, deposits, and payments made for products, lodging, venue rentals, and experiences are non-refundable.

  • Payments made for the use of the venue or services are non-transferable, unless an Act of God (e.g., wildfire, flood, natural disaster) prevents access or usage of the property, at which point The Wrangler Ranch may provide alternative accommodations or rescheduling at its sole discretion.

 

3. Equine Activity Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

  • By purchasing a ticket to any equine education session, horseback experience, or related event, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with being around horses or other large animals.

  • These risks include, but are not limited to, bodily injury, permanent disability, or death resulting from the unpredictable behavior of animals, including kicking, biting, sudden movements, or environmental hazards.

  • In accordance with Colorado Revised Statutes § 13-21-119, The Wrangler Ranch LLC is not liable for injuries or death resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities.

  • Participants and guardians (if applicable) waive all claims for liability against The Wrangler Ranch LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates.

 

4. Photography and Media

  • By attending an event or participating in activities, you grant The Wrangler Ranch permission to use photographs or videos taken during your visit for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

 

5. Property and Personal Belongings

  • The Wrangler Ranch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

 

By purchasing a ticket, booking a session, or entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
