Refund Policy – The Wrangler Ranch

 

At The Wrangler Ranch, we take great pride in the planning and preparation required to provide a memorable experience for all our guests. To ensure fairness and uphold the integrity of our operations, the following refund policy applies:

  • All sales, deposits, and payments made for products, services, and venue rentals are non-refundable.

  • Payments made for the use of the venue are non-transferable to other dates, events, or individuals.

  • Exceptions will only be considered in the event of an Act of God, defined as unforeseeable natural events or emergencies beyond human control (e.g., wildfire, flood, or other catastrophic events that render the property unusable). In such cases, The Wrangler Ranch reserves the right to determine appropriate accommodations or rescheduling options.
